fabrication is a very flexible method for low volume
production of fuel tanks. Tanks can be welded of sheet
aluminum and machined aluminum components, in nearly
unlimited shapes.
No molds are required, so tooling cost is very low.
Internal baffles can easily be added during fabrication.
In addition, special fittings or other functional
internal parts can be installed. |
