Welded Resin Tanks can be made from a variety of thermoplastics.
The parts are machined, then welded together using
ultrasonic welding or thermal welding.
This permits very close tolerances, and allows internal
features such as baffles or fittings.
Little or no tooling is required to fabricate Welded Resin Tanks. This is a good process for low volume or precision
tanks, and tanks that need internal machined features.
